What is your cancellation policy?
We require a [24/48]-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your total service. Please refer to our booking policy for full details.
Do you accept walk-ins?
While we prioritize appointments, we may be able to accommodate walk-ins based on availability. Services may be applicable to additional fees. Fees are dependent on service. Please call, text, or check our social accounts for walk-in availability. However, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot.
Are your products and services safe for all skin types?
We offer products and services that are safe for a variety of skin types. However, if you have sensitive skin or allergies, please inform us before your appointment so we can tailor the services to your needs.
Do you require a deposit for bookings?
For certain services outside of [The Haus of Brides], a deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. This will be applied toward your final payment.
Do you offer membership or package deals?
Unfortunately we do not offer packages! But we do have a referral system and a rewards program!! Ask us for details at your next appointment!
Do you do bridal or special event skincare prep?
Yes! We offer and actually recommended customized skincare plans to get your skin glowing before weddings and special events

What if I am running late for my appointment?
We understand that things happen! And due to our location we know that sometimes it is hard to find parking! However, if you arrive more than [20 minutes] late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment, and late fees may apply. After 10 minutes a late fee of $10 will apply for every 5 minutes after that! {we recommend arriving at appointments 10 minutes early to avoid running the risk of a late fee!
What should I bring to my appointment?
For most services, you don’t need to bring anything except yourself! However, if you're coming for beauty services like makeup Artistry, please come with a clean face. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us in advance.
Can I bring a friend or family member with me to my appointment?
We prefer and recommend keeping your appointment one-on-one to ensure you receive the best service and attention. If you need to bring someone, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments like Venmo, Zelle, cash app etc.].
Do you offer a consultation before treatments?
Yes! A facial consultation appointment is required before any client can book a deep or express Facial! This consultation is to assess your skin type, concerns, and goals before recommending the best treatment plan for you.
Are there any medical conditions that prevent me from getting a treatment?
Certain treatments may not be suitable if you are pregnant, nursing, or have specific medical conditions like active skin infections, open wounds, or recent cosmetic procedures. Please book a consultation before any future appointment!
